From concept to execution, we focus on thoughtful design, operational excellence, and long-term value.As we continue to grow our portfolio, we’re investing in people, tools, and systems that help us deliver outstanding results — not only for our residents and partners, but for the teams behind the scenes who make it all possible.**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**- Oversee daily accounting operations, identify errors, and coordinate with property managers to resolve them.- Review debit/credit card transactions, collect receipts from Property Managers, and map expenses to proper GL accounts.- Perform monthly closing procedures.- Follow the closing process for each property we manage.- Upload updated insurance invoices to A/P.- Update bank transactions in QuickBooks.- Update leasing activity reports (move-outs, renewals, new leases) and audit concession end dates on new leases.- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights to management- Effective communication and interaction with Asset Management and Property Management on strategic operational planning.**REQUIREMENTS**- 5+ years of experience in property accounting, real estate finance or similar roles.- English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.- Solid understanding of A/P, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly closings.- Ability to detect, analyze, and proactively resolve accounting irregularities.- Comfortable communicating directly with operations/property management teams.- Experience with US accounting operations and US GAAP.- Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks.**Would be nice to have**:- Entrata experience for property management.- Experience in multifamily or commercial property management accounting.**WHAT WE OFFER**:- Competitive compensation based on experience- Mayor Medical Insurance- Life Insurance- 30 day Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo)- Food vouchers- Free drinks at the office- Centric location two blocks away from Centro MagnoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have experience with Property Management and/or Real Estate?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
