The Project Manager II will act as the main contact between the company and our customers in areas of project management. This position must ensure all projects assigned are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. Must also ensure customer satisfaction a top priority.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Abide by and follow the established training plan to understand the processes required in the job;- Coordination with Proposal’s team to transfer information from quoting to active projects;- Timely delivery and revision and analysis of projects reports to all project stakeholders;- Coordinates with engineering and drafting team as to overall progress of its assigned projects;- Understanding and revision of project drawings and technical documents;- Provide alternatives in resolving customer issues;- Establish and maintain a reliable working relationship between all project stakeholders including internal stakeholders;- Participate in project’s meetings with customer and other project stakeholders;- Understanding and revision of contract documents that pertain to projects assigned, including technical specifications;- Coordination with Logistics team to ensure adequate and cost-effective delivery to customers;- Expeditiously resolve problems as they occur both internally and externally;- Coordination with Proposal’s team to transfer information from quoting to active projects;- Coordinate the timely purchase of accessories and hardware;- Provide oversight to internal personnel assigned to the project;- Establish and maintain customer master files on all assigned accounts to provide timely information and to maximize accuracy and effectiveness;- Maintain a cooperative attitude in dealing with all departments of the company as a customer contact;- Other duties as assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelors’ Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Associates Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of relevant experience;- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;- Bilingual in English and Spanish.- Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present information to Company management;- Excellent analytical and organizational skills;- Problem solving skills;- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a group;- Advanced MS Office.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Experience working with clients and suppliers from the U.S.: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Advanced English (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- PMP Certificated (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
