Senior Staff Specialist Quality Calibration

In your new role you will lead calibration/ESD staff to perform required calibrations or ESD verifications in compliance the IATF 16949, AS9100 & ANSI ESD 20.20 standards.In your new role you will:**- Lead calibration/ESD staff to perform required calibrations or ESD verifications in compliance the IATF 16949, AS9100 & ANSI ESD 20.20 standards.**- **Develop, keep and control the calibration plan & ESD control plan.**- Develop, keep and control the calibration calendar according to established calibration plan.- Responsible for keeping updated the calibration data base.- **Coordinate the external calibration activities for instruments that cannot be calibrated internally.**:- Responsible for keeping proper storage conditions and the use of calibration standards.- Participate in corrective and preventive actions related to ESD, calibration or metrology.- **MSA studies implementation and validation.**:- Ensure that calibration/ESD documents are constantly and properly updated.- Development and improvement of calibration procedures.- Support to engineering areas with the process’s metrology or calibration requirements.- Perform ESD & Calibration Department Metrics Reports.- ESD & Calibration Training.- Promote ESD Control Program compliance and improvement throughout the organization.- Implementation and verification of ESD controls.- ESD materials qualification.- Ionizing systems implementation and qualification.- Development of ESD Controls qualification and verification Procedures.- ESD controls audits.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Training / qualification:- Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent technical experience.Job experience:- **Between 2 to 3 years of experience in Calibration areas (preferably in a large electronics manufacturing site).**:- **ESD controls understanding, implementation, qualification and verification **.- Experience managing and developing technical personnel.- **Working knowledge of AIAG MSA, PFMEA, PCP and ANSI2020.**:- Metrology (intermediate knowledge).- Strong analytical and logical analysis.- Basic project management skills.- English 70%.- MS Office.**Part of your life.
