**Job Description Summary**:**Roles and Responsibilities**- Develop and implement working knowledge of the company’s transfer pricing policies as well as local transfer pricing regulations and requirements.- Coordinate, prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation i.e., Local Files and Master Files, in compliance with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.- Support and perform the yearly headquarter cost allocation models for the business segments.- Support the implementation of our operational transfer pricing, policy setting, governance and management.- Coordinate and support responses to transfer pricing audits or other formal inquiries from tax authorities.- Comprehension of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.- Financial data gathering with internal stakeholders and/or data extraction from diverse accounting systems and databases.- Support in the design and implementation of transfer pricing initiatives, in cooperation with our senior leadership.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Economics, Finance, and/or Accounting.- 3+ years of work experience in the field of Transfer Pricing, Finance and/or Tax.- Excellent interpersonal skills and work proficiency in matrixed environments.**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
