DescriptionOverview:The Software Engineering Manager shall be responsible to lead the Software Development Team in the country for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) ProductsCore Responsibilities:- Successfully lead mixed team of highly trained and newly graduated engineers in Guadalajara and Queretaro locations.- Oversee the development and timely software release for our embedded automotive products.- Ensure proper staffing following the hiring plan for the department under supervision.- Establish annual goals for the team members and ensure the achievement of those through proper tracking.- Rigorous tracking of the software quality and continued improvement of the software development processes.- Mentoring and training of software engineers in a dynamic ADAS software development.Core Capabilities:- Continuously maintain resource capacity planning- Establish personal and employee training plans, schedule training and track results.- Maintain a highly skilled work force and state of the art engineering environment.**Qualifications**:Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
