And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:**I) SUMMARY OF POSITION**- Administer Sales Orders from Mexico and Non-Brazil, checking the information of the proposal and the customer's purchase order before and after the order is converted- Work with the involved areas to correct the problem, if applicable.- Ensure all relevant approvals have been submitted.- Make changes to sales orders throughout the project lifecycle, working together with the project manager, Logistics, Finance, etc.- Ensuring that all processes are being carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and within compliance rules.- Track and position customers for orders that do not have a Project Manager, always keeping the customer up to date with any changes.**II) MAINLY ACTIVITIES**- Critically analyze all documentation received from the customer before the order is converted, comparing it with the budget, verifying compliance with Rockwell's internal policies and, when necessary, identifying for the commercial engineer the problems that need to be corrected to accept the order;- Perform a critical analysis of the order entry after it has been converted, filling out the check list form and identifying and following up on any pending solutions that may exist- Manual Creation of third-party and intercompany Sales orders for donations, transfer of fixed assets and stock, shipment of missing material (ZOR2);- Manual Creation of Intercompany Sales orders (ZOR5) for manufacturing sales made in other Sales Orgs;- Manual Creation of no-charge Sales orders (ZOR7) to send materials under proxy warranty;- Creation of credit Memo and Billing only following the definition of the legislation defined for each Country- Make ATP and REATP of the projects according to the needs and requests of the Project managers- Ensure the maintenance of sales orders related to change orders, as well as all their documentation, avoiding problems at the time of invoicing;- Manage orders that do not have a Project Manager (Spare parts, ESB, Drawers and CTO from Non-Brazil countries)- Update project advance event charges as requested by Project Managers, as well as release events to issue invoices/documentation for advance collection;- Coordinate the request for the issuance of letters of guarantee for Non-Brazil and Brazil countries, when applicable- Request project billing in accordance with project managers' requests and/or material availability for both manufactured and purchased items- Have knowledge of how the creation of Shopping Cart, On Base is done to support the intern who performs the task- Lead meetings related to activity problems with internal and external customers, as well as document and monitor actions/resolution- Lead new projects focused on the area/business taking into account the impacts in other areas that changes may cause- Attend and perform other related professional activities inherent to the position, as directed ' and requested by the immediate superior- Meet the objectives defined in the PADR- Conduct training for level 1.2 employees and internal and external customers- Monitor and track decisions made by lower levels to ensure problem resolution- High critical analysis capacity to know when to escalate a problem**III) EDUCATION**Graduated in business administration, economics, foreign trade or related courses**IV) SKILLS**- Fluent English and Spanish,- Knowledge in Office package (advanced level); Knowledge in SAP.- Solid knowledge of the various processes in the area and the needs of customers,- Seek solutions that minimize impacts on the customer due to process problems,- Good communication; Know hear; Proactive; Committed (ownership)
