Tenemos esta oportunidad de **CX Associate **en una de nuestras empresas alidas, **Comun.****RESPONSABILIDADES**- Communicate and escalate customer inbound to the engineering team for resolutions.- Resolve customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.- Build processes to optimize how CX manages inbound and outbound to allow the team to scale in head count with operational efficiency.**REQUERIMIENTOS**- Thrilled to work in a fast-paced, growing tech startup.- Excellent at communicating in English & Spanish verbally and in writing.- Great at prioritizing between tasks and assignments.- Diligent about detail in your responses to customers and communications with the team.- Able to solve or find solutions to any issue that might come up. This includes creating processes to triage and escalate issues to corresponding teams and to be diligent to follow through until a solution is found.
