No Relocation Assistance Offered - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**About the Department**The purpose of CBS Mexico - Finance is to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all finance areas including Accounting & Reporting, Supply Chain Finance, Credit to Cash and Accounts Payable.**The objectives of CBS Mexico - Finance is to**:- Enhance overall finance function effectiveness, through global standardization, best practices and scale.- Act as key supplier of financial talent for the global finance organization.- Maintain overall finance compliance and provide policy adherence.- Deliver transactional services to agreed levels of timeliness and accuracy.- Improve service levels to subsidiaries.- Flexible enough to evolve as customer base expands and as the center matures (e.g., efficiency, skills and experience).**The Credit to Cash Department in CBS Mexico - Finance is responsible for the following processes**:- Collections- Cash Application- Deductions- Credit- Credit Management**Roles and responsibilities**:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Collections- Create and analyze reports weekly, monthly- Conduct meetings- Analyze returns for customers- Due Date extensions analysis**Minimum Required Education, Experience and Professional Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance or Similar- 6 months of experience in Finance or Social Service.- Intermediate/Advanced English level**Required Technical Skills and Abilities**- Strong oral and written communication skills in English- Prior experience in a customer service environment.- Demonstrated ability for strong customer service skills.- Prior experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.- Ability to extract and analyze data from SAP- Ability to set priorities, organize workflow, meet daily demands- Ability to work independently, execute tasks immediately, and show initiative within a team environment- Organized, strong analytical skills and basic knowledge of Accounting principals- Experience with analyzing problemsLI-HybridEqual Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
