**Responsibilities**:- Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality- Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.**Qualifications**:- 5-8 years of relevant experience- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.- Supervisar y validar el desarrollo de soluciones para las aplicaciones: Domiciliación, Nómina, Pago de Servicios e Impuestos, Cobranza Pemex generando soluciones integrales.- Responsable de establecer e implementar soluciones en sistemas en coordinación con los equipos de Tecnología.- Proporcionar servicios de consultoría funcional y tecnológica a otros equipos de Tecnología.- Coordinación de equipos de proveedores cuando los proyectos requieran contratación para desarrollo.- Revisar y aprobar diseños para aplicaciones en plataforma Unisys, DMSII, COBOL, Oracle, Java, Linux.- Revisar y aprobar contratación de desarrollo de soluciones propuestas por nuestros proveedores.- Revisar y aprobar los pagos de entregables de proyectos cuando hay desarrollos contratados con proveedores.- Analizar y entender los requerimientos o historias de usuario para identificar aplicaciones con impacto, estimar esfuerzos, identificar actividades de desarrollo, elaborar los planes de : desarrollo, pruebas técnicas, implementaciones.- Interactuar con los especialistas de las aplicaciones para dimensionar impactos y esfuerzos de los desarrollos, monitorear las fases de desarrollo: análisis, codificación, pruebas, implementaciones.- Interactuar con proveedores de tecnología para obtener propuestas de solución, validar las propuestas de desarrollo, perfil de los recursos propuestos, monitorear la ejecución cuando se contrata al proveedor, validación de entregables (diseños, código, evidencias de pruebas)- Administrar los recursos de proveedores asignados a proyectos, onboarding, vigencias, control de entregables, autorización de entregables.Coordinar el análisis, diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones y componentes de software para la integración de soluciones tecnológicas.**Job Family Group**:Technology- **Job Family**:Applications Development- **Time Type**:Full time-- View Citi’s _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
