**We are seeking a data-driven and creative Influencer Marketing Analyst to join our team.****Key Responsibilities**- Research, identify, and evaluate influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience, values, and goals.- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote beauty products across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).- Negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.- Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment, compliance, and authenticity.- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (engagement rates, reach, conversions, ROI).- Provide recommendations for campaign optimization based on performance insights.- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, beauty industry innovations, and competitor strategies.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and impactful.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or brand partnerships (beauty industry experience strongly preferred).- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.- Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Traackr, Grin, AspireIQ, or similar).- Passion for beauty trends, social media culture, and digital storytelling.- B2 English - High intemediate**Preferred Skills**- Experience managing influencer budgets and contracts.- Familiarity with paid social campaigns and performance marketing.- Creative mindset with a keen eye for beauty content and aesthetics.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días por enfermedadLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
