**_Summary: _**Assure correct material availability for all ABU sites and inventory optimizationHandle supplier escalations for shortages / push out and cancel PO requestsMake sure to have all required personnel for all sites and centralized teamMinimize PPV and Premium Freight expenseEscalate and work with Purchasing on supplier constraints related to capacity**_Experience required: _**- Bachelor´s degree- English advanced- Availability to travel MEX - USA- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing and/or logistics in an industrial environment.**_Essential Functions: _**- Perform as escalation point from all sites (Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Leaders) for supplier constraints- Make sure all releases to suppliers are sent from all sites to all suppliers on a timely basis- Monitor / audit procurement planner performance in execution of MRP messages- Lead war rooms with critical suppliers to assure material availability- Review weekly premium freight expenses to detect any supplier shipping premium freight without proper ECI approvals- Support SCM Site Teams with Customer Alerts for supplier escalations- Ensure together with SCM/Procurement Site Teams adherence to Supplier bill back process and execution (PPV and Premium Freight)- Work with Logistics Team to develop and communicate shipping / routing instructions for all suppliers- Work with Procurement Site and Centralized Cable and Tyco Teams to properly manage shortages and excess in each site by transferring material from one site to another to address shortages and minimize excess inventory- Ensure all Procurement personnel is properly trained- Ensure all Procurement personnel has all required tools and equipment to perform their jobs properly- Eliminate all material constraints and roadblock to allow all sites to meet Sales and Inventory monthly targets- Comply with the Quality and Environmental Management System and Corporate Policies.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Procurement: 8 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
