Join our team, make a difference, and build your career_**Position Objective**The Cost Accounting Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all activities related to cost accounting across various companies within the group. The primary focus will be on ensuring accuracy in cost accounting, evaluating financial performance, and optimizing sales margins.**Main Responsibilities****Financial Reporting**:- Develop inventory valuation reports.**Inventory Reconciliation**:- Maintain accurate logístical and accounting balances through inventory reconciliation.- Calculate and review the cost of production status.**Inventory Management**:- Schedule and execute cycle counts and coordinate physical inventory counts.**Cost Analysis**:- Review standard and actual costs, validate the cost of goods sold, and accumulate overhead costs.**Reporting and Forecasting**:- Generate reports on product margins and estimate costs for new and existing products.**Continuous Improvement**:- Monitor changes in processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency.**Requirements**:- Academic Background: Degree in Accounting.- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in cost accounting, preferably in a multi-company environment.- Technical Knowledge: Strong financial accounting, inventory management, and cost analysis knowledge.- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
