We enter demand into the system for Customer order. In this process we schedule the production plan, production orders, according to customer needs, and process request for shipments to those Customers. Our department is highly driven on the needs of the customer, which drives all other process partners for what is needed.**Responsibilities**:- Daily report running.- Production Order planning.- Invoice Creations (For support of quality)- Miscellaneous Shipping Request.- Return Order Processing.**Required Education**:- University degree- **Advanced/Conversational English****Skills**:**Data Gathering & Analysis**:- Adheres to established data collection and analysis procedures and policies.- Identifies and reports issues encountered during data collection.- Assists in gathering and analyzing organizational data based on defined requirements.- Records data from diverse sources and formats accurately.**Planning, Tactical, Strategic**:- Communicates the tactical plan for their area of responsibility.- Explains the principles of short-term and long-term planning.- Outlines the planning process and cycle used within their department.- Highlights the differences between tactical and strategic planning.**Effective Communications**:- Provides constructive feedback focused on behaviors without causing offense.- Accepts feedback openly and uses it to improve personal communication effectiveness.- Prepares and delivers oral presentations and written reports required for their role.- Avoids unnecessary technical jargon when it is not suitable.**Problem Solving**:- Articulates the importance of a structured approach to problem solving.- Explains practices for reporting and escalating problems.- Applies standard procedures for analyzing and resolving issues.- Recognizes key elements of problem-solving techniques used within their area.**Cross-Team Integration**:- Identifies key teams or work groups with closely related responsibilities.- Applies collaborative practices to build relationships and coordinate efforts with other teams.- Demonstrates the ability to organize work so it benefits multiple teams.- Seeks assistance when needed to gain support from other teams.**Production Scheduling and Control**:- Follows established procedures to set up, stage, and complete jobs correctly.- Recognizes demand trends and applies demand management practices.- Coordinates necessary production documentation and approvals.- Confirms production requirements and lead times in advance; assists in job setup.**Additional Information**:- This position will be located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.- Work schedule is Monday through Friday.- Relocation is not offered.**Final Details**:**Posting Dates**:noviembre 27, 2025 - diciembre 12, 2025Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
