At the corporate level, Oportun delivers a very supportive and welcoming service experience, with bilingual staff across channels, and operates more than 300 locations in CA, IL, AZ, FL, NM, TX, UT, NV & NJ, with mobile services available in MO, ID & WI.Overview:The Physical Security Systems Analyst will be responsible for diagnosing security system issues across the Oportun enterprise and coordinating the vendor service schedule to resolve outstanding issues with internal and external teams. This role will be responsible for the maintenance, overall availability of physical security technologies and hardware, and ensuring systems are functioning as needed that help protect our people, assets, and information.**Responsibilities**:- Support creation and modification for all access/credential requests (retail, corporate, contact centers), including activation, deactivation, and revocation- Manage all service-related requests and needs for security systems and technology, including tracking, internal ticket updates/resolution and working with internal stakeholders to facilitate on-site service schedules- Troubleshoots systems and technology issues working with end users, remote personnel, and vendors- Support internal operations with monitoring of access system alerting and proactively analyze data and identify areas of opportunity- Audit and validate access management programs (keys, card, and PIN records) on regular cadence per policies and standards- Assist in maintaining and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and system health metrics, including identifying methods for monitoring system health conditions of all physical security systems- Regularly reviews and reports on metrics related to physical security systems and technologiesQualifications:- Bilingual English/Spanish- Minimum of 2 years of experience related to customer service, corporate security, or receptionist positions- Proficient in using burglary, intrusion detection, access control, security video systems and visitor management software- Experience working with access control/badge management systems- Effective oral and written communication- Focused personality, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines- Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion- Proven self-starter, requiring little supervision to take initiative and execute above responsibilitiesPreferred:- English fluency preferred- Proven ability to manage security vendors- Data analytics background- Experience working in a security operations center (SOC) or similar capacity
