Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.We are searching for the best talent for Business Excellence Senior Engineer to be in Juarez Chih PlantEs responsable del análisis y desarrollo del plan estratégico para el área o proceso en el que está involucrado.- Es responsable de asegurar que los objetivos de sus proyectos estén alineados con el plan estratégico de la planta.- Es responsable de asegurar que los planes de los proyectos para las diferentes áreas / plantas de fabricación y / o cadena de suministro estén terminados en el tiempo establecido y se alcancen los resultados previamente establecidos.- Es responsable de la actualización del sistema de medidas de desempeño.- Es responsable de la formación sobre el sistema y el cambio para las personas implicadas en las diferentes áreas, fabricación, cambio de suministro, materiales, etc.- Es responsable de mantener una comunicación abierta y efectiva con otros líderes de proyecto dentro de la planta.- Se evaluará de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos, el tiempo y el impacto en las medidas de rendimiento del proceso de fabricación.- Es responsable de la comprensión de los procedimientos de Calidad, de los aspectos de seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Ergonomía que son necesarios para cumplir o implementar durante el proyecto (GMPs, ISO, FDA, Políticas Internas, etc.).- Es responsable de velar por el cumplimiento, personal y de la empresa, de todas las normativas, políticas y procedimientos a través de sus procesos, incluyendo Salud, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Ergonomía.**Qualifications**:Licenciatura en Ingeniería completada, cualquier especialización.- Recomendable, Maestría en Ciencias.- 4 a 7 años en una posición similar.- Experiência en productos médicos.- Conocimiento de sistemas de materiales, inventarios y cadena de suministro.- Experiência en diferentes áreas de la planta.- Capacidad para establecer PE (Six Sigma y lean manufacturing) como parte de la cultura en la organización.- Experiência en la gestión del Cambio Permanente
