Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryJob summary:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Manufacturing Engineer _located in _Aguascalientes Site._What a typical day looks like:- _ Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques._- _ Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters._- _ Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods._- _ Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root-causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans._- _ May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products_- _ May participate in control plan development_- _ Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures )_- _ Analyzes and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency._- _ Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods._- _ Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to customer request._- _ Provides information for management decisions from a technical and technical cost perspective._- _ Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes._- _ Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Engineering or bachelor's degree completed._- _ Knowledge of statistical software._- _ Intermediate Excel._- _ Intermediate English._- _ Personnel administration_._- _ Skill in Customer Services._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.XS65Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
