**Join Our Team****Location**: Stucki de México, De los Andes 200, Coyoacán, 64510 Monterrey, N.L.**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role**Education**: Technical or professional degree**Contract Type**: Full-time**Schedule**: Monday to Friday**What Are We Looking For?**A professional committed to safety and the environment, capable of advising and implementing best operational practices in industrial safety and ecology, promoting environmental awareness, and risk prevention within the company.**Main Responsibilities****Industrial Safety**- Advise on accident prevention and unsafe conditions.- Conduct safety talks and training for staff.- Implement safety programs and form fire brigades.- Perform 5S and safety audits at the plant.- Handle medical emergencies and generate OSHA indicators.- Generate incident reports and monitor accident-free days.- Attend government and other institutional audits.**Ecology and Environment**- Conduct environmental awareness talks and promote a recycling culture.- Carry out air emission studies and control hazardous waste.- Integrate permits and documentation as a waste-generating company.- Supervise compliance with environmental regulations.- Control residual discharges and evaluate ecological impacts.**Requirements**:- Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's in Safety and Hygiene, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.- Experience: 2 years in a similar position.- Knowledge: Industrial safety, environmental regulations, hazardous waste management, first aid, emergency brigades.- Skills:- Leadership and decision-making.- Teamwork and effective communication.- Results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.- Proficiency in Office and safety management tools.**We Offer**- Competitive salary.- Legal and superior benefits.- Continuous training.- Professional growth opportunities.- A safe and dynamic work environment.We are waiting for youPay: Up to $60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
