**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:**Recruitment & Hiring**- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers.- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job profiles.- Ensure that recruitment practices comply with **Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT)** and internal guidelines.- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.**Employee Relations & Termination**- Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.- Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievance resolution.- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding in line with legal requirements.- Maintain a fair and respectful workplace culture in line with company values and legal standards.**Legal & Regulatory Compliance**- Ensure full compliance with all **Mexican labor regulations**, including IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, and tax obligations.- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is audit-ready.- Support workplace safety, anti-harassment, and NOM-035 psychosocial risk compliance.- Coordinate mandatory trainings and maintain HR policy updates.**Payroll & Benefits Support**- Assist in payroll processing in compliance with Mexican labor and tax laws.- Coordinate with finance or third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll.- Manage employee benefits programs: vacation, holidays, healthcare, bonuses, and profit sharing.- Handle documentation related to leaves of absence, incapacity, and maternity/paternity leave.**Culture, Engagement & Teamwork**- Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and open communication.- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building events.- Encourage a collaborative environment that promotes mutual respect and support.- Provide coaching and support to team leaders and employees to drive performance and morale.**HR Systems & Reporting**- Maintain and update HR systems and employee files (physical and digital).- Generate reports and metrics related to turnover, attendance, training, and satisfaction.- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.- 2-5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role in Mexico.- **Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).**:- Strong working knowledge of **Mexican labor law**, payroll processes, and benefits administration.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.- Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills.- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.**Preferred Skills**:- HR certifications (e.g., STPS, AMEDIRH, NOM-035 training).- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001) or internal audit processes.- Experience working in international or bilingual environments.- experience Tempo and Nomipaq**Responsabilidades Principales**:**Reclutamiento y Contratación**- Coordinar el proceso de reclutamiento completo: publicación de vacantes, filtrado de CVs, entrevistas, referencias y ofertas laborales.- Colaborar con líderes de área para definir perfiles y necesidades de talento.- Asegurar que el proceso de contratación cumpla con la **Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT)** y políticas internas.- Gestionar el proceso de inducción y bienvenida de nuevos colaboradores.**Relaciones Laborales y Terminaciones**- Ser el punto de contacto para dudas, quejas o conflictos laborales.- Apoyar en planes de mejora del desempeño, medidas disciplinarias y terminaciones de contrato conforme a la ley.- Realizar entrevistas de salida y gestionar procesos de desvinculación de manera respetuosa y legal.- Promover un ambiente de trabajo justo y armonioso.**Cumplimiento Legal y Normativo**- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente en México (IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, SAT, etc.).- Mantener actualizada la documentación del personal para auditorías internas o externas.- Supervisar el cumplimiento de normas como **NOM-035**, seguridad laboral y políticas internas.- Coordinar capacitaciones obligatorias (ética, acoso laboral, seguridad, etc.).**Nómina y Beneficios**- Apoyar en el proceso de nómina y garantizar el cumplimiento con las obligaciones fiscales y laborales.- Coordinar con proveedores externos de nómina cuando sea necesario.- Administrar beneficios laborales: vacaciones, aguinaldo, seguro médico, reparto de utilidades, etc.- Dar seguimiento a incidencias: incapacidades, licencias de maternidad/paternidad, permisos, etc.**Cultura Organizacional y Trabajo en Equipo**- Fomentar un ambiente positivo, colaborativo e inclusivo.- Organizar actividades de integración, bienestar y reconocimiento del personal.- Apoyar a líderes y colaboradores en el desarrollo de habilidades de trabajo en equipo
