Este enfoque se traduce en un entorno dinámico y acelerado en el que se anima a los equipos multidisciplinares a colaborar para lograr el éxito.Contamos con unos 10.000 vendedores en todo el mundo, que desempeñan funciones de mercado en áreas como ventas sobre el terreno, cuentas clave, marketing comercial y desarrollo de categorías.**Sobre el rol**:- Representante médico con alto enfoque a resultados de venta, fuerte capacidad de análisis de auditorías de venta, auditorías de prescripciones, conocimiento de CRM, servicio al cliente interno y externo, generación de demanda para beneficiar a los pacientes.**Tus responsabilidades**:- Establecer un fichero médico alineado a las políticas de la compañía y productivo para su ruta.- Analizar de manera integral las auditorías para determinar la situación actual de su territorio y en función de esto, generar planes de acción ideales para el logro de sus resultados.- Alcanzas sus objetivos de visita diaria y por ciclo, garantizar una frecuencia y secuencia correctas.- Generar demanda con sus clientes para beneficiar a los pacientes con nuestros productos.- Hacer uso de las herramientas disponibles para lograr la generación de demanda.- Hacer uso de las herramientas disponibles para lograr la generación de demanda.- Hacer entrega en tiempo y forma de sus tareas administrativas.- Mantener un buen nível de comunicación en todos los níveles.- Realizar y mantener un adecuado trabajo en equipo.- Mantener un nível adecuado de conocimiento de los productos (capacitación)**La experiência que buscamos**:- Profesional en áreas de la salud o afínes- Experiência en ventas- Manejo de office, Veeva, ATV, CloseUp**The skills for success**:Customer strategy; Channel strategy, Sales strategy development.**What we offer**:With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
