We are seeking remote **Recruitment Consultant**to join our team in Mexico.**What We're Looking For**:- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably in civil engineering or construction sector.- Demonstrated success in a sourcing role for a recruitment agency. Previous recruitment agency experience is required.- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.- Expert in social selling and network building via LinkedIn.- Strong understanding of the civil engineering industry and its talent landscape.- Highly organized with proven self-sufficiency in managing workload.- Commitment to process-driven recruitment methodologies.- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.- Analytical mindset with capability to leverage our tech-driven recruitment technologies.- Track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.**What You'll Do**:- ** Job Postings**: Write compelling job descriptions and post on relevant job boards and platforms per our guidelines.
