About the role:RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer prospect inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales manager- Update clinic/prospect profile in Zoho- Generate reports requested by sales managers- Prepare presentations for sales meetings- Coordinate travel arrangements for sales managers- Implement policies set by the sales manager- Assist with the development of promotions- Perform market research- Help develop sales strategiesADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Attend regular team meetings- Prevent unsound or unethical business practices- Submit on time expense reports for reimbursements and complete other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures- Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.’s sales and revenue objectives- Help building the world’s largest global medical marketplaceJOB REQUIREMENTS:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, sales support representative, or similar role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems -Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Accurate data entry and attention to detail- Bilingual- High school degree or higher- Previous experience working in a sales environment- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software- Familiarity with social media platforms- Creative problem-solving skills EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:- High-speed internet connection- Reliable computer with webcam and microphone interface- Up-2-date mobile device with 4G data capability**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Álvaro Obregón, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
