Launch Potato's success comes from a diverse, energetic culture and high-performing, entrepreneurial team.**Successful Outcomes**:- Develop an in-depth knowledge of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Adhering to established processes to ensure successful on-boarding of FBZ advertisers - facilitate the pre‐launch process by gathering relevant information from clients and working with internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables for campaigns in progress.- Troubleshoot tracking issues and help resolve discrepancies.- CRM and Task Management Data Entry to ensure accurate reporting and record keeping.- Ensure all offer updates, payout changes, tracking changes are facilitated internally in a timely manner.- Assist with Client or Internal Billing Questions, Investigate and Troubleshoot tracking/billing Discrepancies.- Assist with Finalizing Monthly Client Ad Spend Support day‐to‐day client interactions and support Account Management in the cross‐selling and up-selling of existing advertisers especially with messaging team requests.- Assist the Editorial team with Advertiser Content Approval.**Must Haves**:- 1-2 years experience supporting client accounts or paid media in the digital marketing industry- Self-motivated to work independently, effectively manage time and priorities, and meet team goals. Can handle multiple tasks and balancing competing priorities simultaneously- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically to produce meaningful outcomes- Comfortable engaging with clients at all levels, including C-level executives- Tech savvy; comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint- Must be detail-oriented, efficient and organized- Experience with at least one of the following:- HasOffers/Tune or mobile measurement partners like AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava, etc.- Familiarity with tracking integration, server to server post backs, or iframe and javascript pixels- Excellent English written and verbal skills; able to clearly articulate opinions and needs to all levels of the organization in a manner that drives the business forward; ability to adjust communication style, as needed to increase effectiveness- Available to travel twice a year within the United States**Nice to have**:- Experience using analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau- Familiarity with tracking integration, server to server post backs, or iframe and javascript pixels is a plus- Available to travel as needed, approximately 1x a monthFrom Day One, we've been committed to having a diverse, inclusive team and culture.
