To ensure, through governance, that there is strong collaboration between the different functional areas involved in the project(s) ensuring effective planning and execution of project activities._What a typical day looks like:- _Drives best practice across multi-sites_- _Provides global POC to client management_- _Ensures programs execute to contract_- _Maintain Key KPI’s & drive CSAT_- _Ensure full, complete, and timely invoicing_- _Work with sites on efficiency improvements to maximize COP_- _Owns and drives delivery on complex project plans for transfer or implementation_- _GPM ensures WW delivery consistency while growing OP_- _Manage customer relationship on a Global basis and will act as the key escalation point globally for all product programs, projects, and operational performance issues._- _Facilitate collaborative communication between all functional areas within a location / business group/vertically integrated organization._- _Facilitate external two-way communication between Customer and Flex Sites._- _Manage the process to ensure Customer’s expectations are clearly defined, understood, and communicated across the appropriate Flex Organizations_- _Work with Design and Operations globally to ensure the appropriate Project Managers and project resources are assigned to all customer projects_- _Accountable for the performance of the FPLC project team(s) and Project manager(s) and ensure all project managers, program managers and project teams adhere to the Flex Product Life Cycle Process (FPLC) process no matter where the projects are initiated from._- _Attend phase gate reviews where applicable (i.e., FPLC and Customer) and monitor and review project performance with the principal Project manager and Operations Program Manager ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise._- _Provide the necessary leadership and support to Project Managers (design, NPI, lead etc.) to manage projects in line with project management processes and associated policies and procedures._- _Ensure collaborative cross-functional project team participation to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control all phases of a project or subproject to ensure work efforts are executed on time, within budget, and according to stated requirements reliably and repeatedly._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _Strong operational background with strong exp in Program Management in manufacturing industry with background in Telecom, automotive or medical projects._- _BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _Strong financial background with P&L ownership experience_- _KPI´s_- _Strong customer facing_- _Demonstrates functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills._- _Demonstrates expertise in multiple areas and industry._- _Demonstrates proficient knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business._- _Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex_ functional/technical_ area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas; understands the strategic impact of the function across sites._- _Performance development, teaching/ leading, mentoring and/or organization development. Instills appropriate behavior in others in support of Flextronics values.
