**Requisition ID**:45334**Job Location(s)**:- Apodaca, MX**Employment Type**:Full Time**Segment**:Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment**Job Function**:Supply Chain and Operations**Work Location Type**:On-site**The Impact You'll Make**- As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in responsible for delivering operational excellence through zero-incident safety, product quality, on-time delivery, and resource efficiency across multiple complex manufacturing processes, including washing, welding, assembly, testing, painting, labeling, and packaging.- Your impact? Leading with a strong focus on problem solving, continuous improvement, and team development, capable of influencing both direct and indirect stakeholders to prioritize production and meet key business targets- You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more efficient future.**What You’ll Be Doing**- Lead by example in building a zero-incident safety culture, proactively identifying and mitigating risks before incidents occur.- Plan and execute daily production activities to meet defined output targets, takt time, and on-time delivery (OTD).- Monitor and adjust manpower, material, and equipment allocations to eliminate bottlenecks and support flow.- Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and eliminate the root causes of safety incidents, quality defects, delivery misses, or efficiency losses.- Lead and develop a team of 3 salaried engineers/supervisors and approximately 80 hourly operators.**What We're Looking For**- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment with direct team leadership responsibilities proved for at least 3 years.- Proven ability to manage a production line and coordinate across multiple departments.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a most.- Full-time, on-site position requiring regular presence on the production floor- May involve extended periods of walking, standing, and interacting with equipment in a manufacturing environment.**What You'll Get from Us**- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
