Make It Uniquely Yours.You will support the construction of the supply chain strategy of a specific category, ensuring alignment with the long term strategy of the company and the resources are maximized.You will be the focal point for a specific BU being involved in every cross- BU or cross region project that impacts the BU while being the bridge between the 4 BU´s.How you will contributeYou will:- Align supply chain plans with the 4 LA BU´s and focal point for a specific BU.- Coordinate cross-BU projects of the category, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.- Support the construction of business cases that support the supply chain strategy.- Identify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to regional and global leads when necessary- Communicate program-level reporting and status updates- Help in the capabilities building of the organization, coaching and mentoring local teams in terms of project management, i2M process and tools and capex approval process and policies.- Coordinate activities with the BUs and LA teams to built the LA Masterplan involving major investment in capacity, innovation and productivity projects of the long term LA MSC Strategy.- Engage multifunctional BUs teams for BMR agenda, ideas and opportunities generation and event preparation.- Work with local teams to identify and execute opportunities of harmonization, portfolio simplification and major synergies between BUs.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:- Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members and LA Senior Leadership Team.- Deep knowledge of relevant business processes (Business case construction, i2M, Productivity, Masterplan, etc) and related technology solutions- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making- Focus on solid business cases that maximize LA resources in terms of Capex, technical solution, people, expertise.- Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners- Latam Support- Business focal point: WACAM & SOCO- Advanced EnglishNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryOur Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela.
