As a result, our people get to work on some of the most exciting projects in the world.**Job Description**:The Assistant Cost Manager provides support to the project team, making the difference with an accurate cost management service, this role will be the main support to start the growing of our team in Monterrey. Construction and post-construction cost management services for a key client's industrial project**Project Location: Estado de Veracruz.**Key Responsibilities:- Tendering evaluation and Bid analysis- Cost Control, construction phase: Pay apps control, construction progress check-up.- Change control: scope validation, General Contractor rates analysis, client recommendations- Value engineering analysis- Monthly report development: cashflow and payment analysis, risk and recommendations, COs status, forecast analysis, GC performance analysis- Close out phase management**Qualifications**:**Education**:- Degree-qualified Engineering, Architecture.- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.- Fluent English.- Cost control, change control, cost estimating, budget control experience.- Local market engage.- Knowledge and understanding of the component parts of a project and overall construction costs.- Knowledge in Software: MS Office, Optional: Neodata, Opus or ERP software- Exceptional relationship building skills.- Self-motivated and proactive.- Excellent communication skills, both oral & written.- Positive attitude at all times and the ability to integrate and play active part in the Construction Team.- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.- Keen to pursue personal development needs and maintain up-to-date knowledge.Additional Information- Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
