**Your Job****Our Team**Our dynamic team is driven by a clear vision and values based on our Principles-Based Management (PBM) culture, which fosters a dynamic, collaborative, and contribution-motivated work environment.**What You Will Do**- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.- Collaborate with HR and hiring supervisors to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experience in recruitment, with a focus on direct labor or similar technician roles.- Behavioral interview techniques.- Proficient Bilingual English and Spanish.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience working with recruitment ATS platforms: Taleo, SuccessFactors,etc.- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
