Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our team.As our creative head, you will own the production of content for use in advertising and on-site.We are flexible around experience level, and comfortable hiring someone with between 2 to 6 years of work experience. Structure relevant contracts and hold them accountable to performance targets.- Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels with improved creatives.- Use data gleaned from sources like Rockerbox, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, YouTube ads, etc to optimize performance across our creatives.- Work with our marketing team to come up with new creative concepts and ideas.- Help our executive team allocate resources and capital during our quarterly and annual offsites.**Requirements**:- Onsite at our facility in Monterrey, MX.- Fluent in English & Spanish.- Experience with performance creative, or creative for DTC/eCommerce specifically is a massive asset.- You are intimately familiar with the tactical side of producing excellent creative across a variety of mediums. This means you understand what it takes to produce excellent photography for eCommerce catalogs, performance creative for paid media on YouTube, and more.- A deep understanding of how to interpret digital advertising performance. You know what phrases like Thumbstop, CTR, CVR, and CPC mean.- Experience managing and building high performing teams.- Are able to provide references as requested. We do not want to waste your time or ours with a potential mishire. Our interview process is detailed & thorough.- No issue working 60+ hours routinely. You wouldn’t know what to do with your free time if you were working less. You are passionate about your work.- Excellent cultural fit as per our values above.**Examples of What You’ll Be Doing**:- Producing in-house video ads, end-to-end, to be run across Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.- Sourcing and allocating budget into third-party creative agencies on an as-needed basis.- Interviewing and hiring your core creative team, as well as coaching them.- Build process behind how creativity works at our company.**How Our Hiring Works & How We Operate**:- When hiring, we’ll work with you to define the KPIs you’ll be responsible for and set targets. This removes ambiguity around wondering if you’re doing a good job after you start.- Initial soft interview, then a long-form live technical interview with the appropriate department. Our average time-to-hire from our first interview is ~8 - 10 days. We pride ourselves on timely responses and updates for applicants.- We run on EOS/Traction. If you’ve used Scaling Up or something like OKRs, you’ll likely slip into Traction easily If you haven’t used it before, we recommend quickly researching Traction.- Our compensation philosophy clearly defines how we conceptually think about compensation at our company, our bonus structure, and more. This will be shared with you after our technical interview.- This position is eligible for our 100% bonus program. This means you would be eligible for up to 100% of your salary in bonus tied
