Join us for a career full of opportunities, where you can make a difference.**About the role:You will collaborate in an ambitious project of a top client in the beverage industry**Main Requirements:- **3-6 years **of experience in **Systems Engineer **or similar role- Good experience of **AWS **(The more you know of the following, the better: AWS Console, Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Cognito, Cloudwatch)- **Production Support **Experience (including Tier 1 & 2)- Participate in the creation and support of **System Documentation**:- Able to collaborate in the **Systems Lifecycle Management**:- Able to create, maintain and report **KPIs**:- Working experience with tools such as **JIRA **and **Confluence**:- **Advanced English **Communication (both written and spoken)**Must be willing to work from **8am-4pm PST**- A great plus would be any experience with **CCaaS **Platform (Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect)**What you will love about working with us:- At Capgemini Engineering we’re always looking ahead.
