Recursos humanos, psicología laboral, administración, etc.- Excel intermedio/Avanzado.- 3 a 5 años de experiência en puestos similares.- Experiência previa en consultoría u outsourcing.- Con alto sentido de servicio al colaborador y a cliente.- Altamente dinámico.- Con disponibilidad de poder trasladarse en oficinas en Polanco-Santa Fé de manera esporádica.- Experiência previa en administración de personal (Movimientos internos, altas, bajas,ingresos- Experiência en desvinculaciones.- Experiência pre- nómina.- Manejo de ERP de recursos humanos u IDSE (Negociable- Experiência previa contrataciones y renovaciones.- Manejo de expedientes.- Experiência en elaboración de constancias laborales, cartas empresariales.- Experiência en inducción y seguimiento a Onboarding a los nuevos ingresos.- Experiência previa en atención a colaboradores en materia de dudas sobre prestaciones, solicitudes etc.- Experiência previa en creación o diseño de manuales de procedimientos.- Experiência previa en diseño de comunicados internos (Nuevos ingresos, comunicados generales en CANVA.- Gusto por Desarrollo Organizacional o querer aprender sobre él.
