**Unit Controller SR.**:**About the Role**:Monitors variations in the company's standard costs through the recording, analysis, and development of solutions, as well as the presentation of financial information that supports effective decision-making regarding new operational plans and policies.**What You Will Do**:- **To manage and optimize fixed and variable costs, ensuring efficient use of financial resources and alignment with operational objectives.**:- **To perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and profitability improvement.**:- **To define and monitor KPIs that measure plant performance and cost effectiveness.**:- **To integrate EBIT management and CAPEX planning to enhance operational efficiency and return on investment.**:- **To perform variance analysis and strengthen internal controls to ensure financial compliance and transparency.**:- **To lead internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives focused on sustainability, process optimization, and long-term value creation within the organization.**:**Who You Are**:- **Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret complex information and support data-driven decisions.**:- **High attention to detail, accuracy, and ethical standards in all financial and operational processes.**:- **Strategic and results-oriented mindset with the ability to see beyond numbers and understand business implications.**:- **Effective communication and influencing abilities to collaborate across teams and convey insights clearly to diverse audiences.**:- **Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capacity in dynamic environments.**:- **Team-oriented and proactive, capable of building strong partnerships and fostering collaboration.**:- **Proficient in digital and analytical tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI, with a continuous-improvement attitude and commitment to professional growth.**:- **Intermediate English**:**What We Can Offer You**:Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
