No Relocation Assistance Offered - San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico**Position Purpose**:This position is responsible for assisting the execution for new / existing products and process development work at the Global Technology Center (GTC), support to all I&S, PD, PD&I, and Technology Insights as per Colgate-Palmolive plan and procedures.**Let’s talk about responsibilities**:- This position is responsible for carrying out all necessary to support the analyses/experiments and process research operations utilizing Pilot Plant processing equipment. The primary accountabilities of the role include control of batches, experiments, materials, housekeeping, maintenance, preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality, and EHS.- Support Material Management and warehouse related to the operation of the Pilot Plant- Follow the production planning schedule to ensure the needs of business partners are properly addressed.- Work collaboratively with the other GTC teams such as PD, I&S and PD&I.- Take part in the maintenance of the equipment including validation, calibration and documentation as per assigned tasks and responsibilities.- Support Implementation of Operational Excellence, Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R), 5S and Visual control.- Support implementation of new technology, equipment strategies, and products within the Pilot Plant.- Support and execute all necessary activities to ensure pilot plant compliance to Colgate-Palmolive, state, local, and guidelines related to EHS, Quality, and Regulatory requirements.- Fulfills all aspects of packaging/labeling/shipping for internal and external studies and evaluation and Material requirement of the GTC laboratories in Mexico City.- Assists in the implementation of continuous improvement programs within the area.**What you need for this position**:- Bachelor's Degree Chemical, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering or related fields- Intermediate - Advanced English level- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint / Google ToolsIt is an advantage to have:- Good Knowledge of Chemistry, Manufacturing Equipment and Processes.
