Desarrollo de Ventas en Industria Automotriz
Experiencia en la industria automotriz, específicamente en fabricantes de motocicletas, es preferida. Candidatos de Rolls Royce o BMW también son considerados.
Se espera experiencia de 12 a 15 años en el sector, preferiblemente en fabricantes de vehículos de dos ruedas.
Se requiere:

  • B.E con MBA/ PGDM

  • 12-15 años de experiencia

Responsabilidades:

  • Cumplir con volúmenes de venta, cuota de mercado y rentabilidad de la región.
  • Generar satisfacción del cliente a través de la red de servicio y la disponibilidad de repuestos.
  • Realizar revisiones de desempeño periódicas y desarrollar Planes de Desarrollo Individual para crear un equipo competititivo.
  • Seleccionar y nombrar distribuidores según los estándares. Desarrollar una mentalidad de 'destino compartido'.
  • Responsable de la estrategia de producto, estrategia de distribución y estrategia de marketing para la región.
  • Recopilar y utilizar inteligencia de mercado para lograr resultados comerciales planificados.
  • Garantizar el equilibrio adecuado entre el objetivo de rentabilidad de la empresa y la rentabilidad del distribuidor.
  • Formular e implementar el desarrollo de competencias para el equipo y la red a través de programas efectivos de capacitación en ventas.

Preferred experience in the automotive industry, specifically with motorcycle manufacturers. Candidates from Rolls Royce or BMW are also considered. 12 to 15 years of experience in the sector, preferably in two-wheeled vehicle manufacturers, are expected. Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales volumes, market share, and regional profitability targets.
  • Generate customer satisfaction through the service network and availability of spare parts.
  • Perform periodic performance reviews and develop Individual Development Plans to create a competitive team.
  • Select and appoint distributors according to standards. Develop a 'shared destination' mindset.
  • Responsible for product strategy, distribution strategy, and marketing strategy for the region.
  • Collect and use market intelligence to achieve planned commercial results.
  • Ensure a suitable balance between the company's profitability goal and the distributor's profitability.
  • Formulate and implement competence development for the team and the network through effective training programs in sales.
