In this role, you'll provide advanced technical support to end users within a global, fast-paced environment, helping resolve escalated incidents and service requests. You will work across various client device platforms and enterprise technologies, becoming a key player in ensuring seamless IT operations.- Manage and maintain systems for end-user device management, including OS upgrades and patching.- Evaluate and test existing systems; recommend proactive improvements and new technologies.- Maintain and update the IT Knowledge Base and service request models.- Escalate complex issues to third-party vendors (Apple, Microsoft, etc.).**Qualifications**Qualifications**Qualifications****Must-Have Qualifications**- 2+ years of experience in **2nd-level IT user support**.- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an **international team**.- Hands-on experience with **macOS**, **Windows 10/11**, and **iOS** devices.- Solid experience in **end-user device management**, OS/software deployment and packaging tools (e.g., **Jamf**, **Intune**, **PatchMyPC**).- Good knowledge of **Microsoft 365**, **Azure**, and **Active Directory/Entra ID** (user/group management).**Nice-to-Haves**:- Experience with security and support tools like **Microsoft Defender**, **Zscaler**, **TeamViewer**.- Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, vbscript, cscript).- ITIL awareness or certification.**At a Glance**At a Glance**At a Glance**As a technology and business partner, MHP has been digitizing the processes and products of its around 300 mobility and manufacturing sector customers worldwide for 29 years.
