Job ID: 23644- Location: Cuautla, MX**Customer Service Engineer Jr****Job ID**:23643**Location**:Cuautla**Salary Classification**:SG 9Comunica requerimientos específicos del Cliente y bussines unit a áreas tales como: Producción, Contraloría, Ingeniería Industrial, Customer Administration (Logística), Planeación.Administra y da seguimiento a los rechazos y reclamos de Cliente manteniendo adecuadamente registros tanto físicos como electrónicos basado en la directiva de manejo de rechazos de Cliente para cumplir en tiempo y forma el cierre de la queja.Comunica los cambios en el proceso en tiempo a firma a los clientes.Elabora el reporte de 8DsValida y da seguimiento a las acciones de contención, correctivas y preventivas definas en el proceso de 8Ds.Asegurar la no recurrencia de los problemas encontrados en el proceso de 8DsMantener segura la relación con el Cliente y satisfacer sus expectativas a través de: Los portales del Cliente, correos electrónicos, llamadas de teléfono - Conducir la visitas del Cliente a la planta en Cuautla.Cumplimiento a la matriz de requerimientos específicos del cliente del documento Plan de Habilidades y/o Conocimientos**Working Time**: Full**Business Unit**: Quality**Department**: Quality**Your Contact Partner**: Tesoro A.
