Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 6, the equivalent in your local currency Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours, Monday–Friday Schedule: Flexible schedule, with availability for status update calls a few times per week (EST) Work Arrangement: Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and support a team of two entry-level bookkeepers Perform complex bookkeeping tasks for larger client accounts (approximately 10–20 hours per month) Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations for assigned clients Prepare and review balance sheets and profit & loss statements Ensure quality control across all team deliverables Maintain advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online for all client work Collaborate with U.S.-based supervisory staff on team performance and improvements Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members Handle escalated client issues and complex accounting scenarios Requirements 5–8 years of professional bookkeeping experience Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills Excellent English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction In-depth knowledge of U.S. accounting principles and practices Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) Proven experience in quality control, process improvement, and review workflows Professional home office setup with reliable internet and technology Scope of Role Team leadership position overseeing two junior bookkeepers Combination of hands‑on bookkeeping and supervisory responsibilities Management of larger and more complex client accounts Critical role in scaling operations as additional teams are added Direct collaboration with U.S.-based management Fully remote role with high autonomy and accountability Clear growth path into multi‑team leadership roles HMO coverage in eligible locations Permanent work‑from‑home arrangement Immediate hiring Reminder Kindly apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
