We are looking for an experienced **Full Stack Developer** with a strong background in **Node.js and React** to join our team in Mexico City. This is a **hybrid role**, requiring a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration.**Key Responsibilities**- Design and implement **RESTful APIs** and integrate with external services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Participate in **code reviews**, technical discussions, and team planning sessions.- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.**Requirements**:- **4+ years** of professional experience as a **Full Stack Developer**.- Fluent in English and Spanish- Strong proficiency in **JavaScript** and **TypeScript**.- Hands-on experience with **Node.js (Express/Nest.js or similar frameworks)** for backend development.- Expertise in building dynamic user interfaces with **React.js**.- Experience with **state management** (Redux, Context API, etc.).- Solid understanding of **databases** (SQL & NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).- Experience with **RESTful APIs** and **microservices architecture**.- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).- Familiarity with **Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines** is a plus.- Experience working with **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Proficiency in version control using **Git** and familiarity with agile development methodologies.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.**What We Offer**- **Hybrid work model** (remote & in-office in CDMX).- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.- A collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment.- Access to the latest technology and tools to support your development.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $79,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Node.js: 4 años (Deseable)- React.js: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 06600, Juárez, CDMX
