We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and Python. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. No travel is required. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Oversee the application of natural language processing techniques to extract insights from unstructured data. Provide expertise in deep learning methodologies to enhance predictive analytics capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions. Design and implement data pipelines to support machine learning workflows. Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of models. Develop and maintain Python code for data manipulation, model training, and evaluation. Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data science. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and deep learning to continuously improve our solutions. Work closely with the IT team to ensure the scalability and performance of data science solutions. Contribute to the development of data science strategies and roadmaps to align with business goals. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all data science activities. Qualifications Must have strong experience in machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, and Python. Should have a solid understanding of data analysis and statistical methods. Must be proficient in developing and implementing data pipelines. Should have experience in mentoring and guiding junior data scientists. Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Should have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. Should have a good understanding of data privacy and security regulations. Must be able to translate business requirements into data science solutions. Should have experience in developing data science strategies and roadmaps.
