At Vaisala, you don't have to fit in to belong.**Position located**:Mexico City, Mexico (**_hybrid_**)**We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist** to drive the execution and coordination of targeted B2B marketing campaigns that generate demand, promote relevant commercial content, and foster alignment between marketing, sales, and distribution partners across Latin America’s industrial sectors. Provide localized support to maximize campaign impact and lead generation, with special emphasis on adapting initiatives to the Brazil market to support its unique needs.This role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager LATAM and work closely with the Marketing Manager Brazil to ensure the successful localization, adaptation, and implementation of regional marketing strategies tailored to industrial B2B markets.**Why join us?**- We take every measure for the planet. To stay ahead of the game, we invest around 13 % of our net sales in research and development.**What's your role?**- **Execute regional campaigns**:Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns tailored to LATAM markets, focusing on B2B industrial sectors.- **Content promotion**:Publish and promote relevant Vaisala content (blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations) ensuring clear and relevant messaging for each country.- **Marketing automation and CRM management**:Manage campaigns and segmentation in **Marketo**; track and report results using **Salesforce** to optimize lead generation.- **Event support**:Provides promotional support to increase event attendance and engagement. Monitors event performance and assists in achieving business objectives.- **Webinar support**:Supports promotional activities to drive webinar registrations and participation. Works closely with presenters and technical teams to ensure flawless webinar delivery. Monitors attendee engagement and contributes to achieving webinar goals. Addresses technical or participant issues promptly to ensure a smooth webinar experience.- **Cross-functional collaboration**:Collaborate closely with sales teams, distributors, and other departments to support and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth operation and a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales pipeline.- **KPI monitoring and analysis**:Measure and report on campaign performance metrics, recommending improvements to increase effectiveness and ROI.- **Support for Brazil market**:Adapt and locally support initiatives designed for Brazil in close coordination with the Marketing Manager Brazil.**What will you bring?**- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.- Minimum 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial sector.- Advanced experience with **Marketo** and **Salesforce** or similar tools- Advanced English (mandatory) and intermediate to advanced Portuguese (preferred).- Strong skills in writing and communicating clear, effective commercial messages.- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-driven approach.- Ability to work within multicultural and distributed teams.- Willingness to** travel** up to **20%
