PROCESS & LOGISTICS MANAGERCFMOTO**Responsibilities**:- Organize and implement monitoring production plans, production process control, inventory management, on-site improvement, etc., to ensure that production tasks are completed on time.- Responsible for tracking the production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, etc.- Respond to production abnormalities in a timely manner, follow up on problems in a timely manner, and come up with reasonable suggestions.- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.- Supervise, coach, and train the warehouse workforce.- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.**Skills**:- Communication and negotiation- Networking- Leadership and management.- Being able to adapt to working mode within different time zones (working with China)- Response under pressure- Initiative taking**Requirements**:- +5 years of experience as a Logistics and Materials- Knowledge of Core Tools and Lean.- Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
