General information- Country- Mexico- City- Mexico City- Job ID- 42148- Department- Infor Consulting Services- Experience Level- ASSOCIATE- Employment Status- FULL_TIME- Workplace Type- Hybrid- Description & Requirements- As a Cloud Consultant you will work to recommend innovations and process improvements that will make implementation/delivery cycles more efficient resulting in a positive customer experience.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:- Analysis of Production Issues and support continuous Operations and delivery pipeline.- Proactiveness in responding to customer query and regular updates on Incidents.- Analysis of Extension Source Code and development tasks relative to platforms support and service delivery.- Communicate effectively and appropriately, with both internal and external teams as needed.- Provide internal and external customers with excellent customer service.- Actively participate in meetings and co-ordination with other teams.- Available for Support 24*7 in case of production down issues.- Willing to extend and support over weekends & holidays to ensure that customer business is not impacted.- Drive technical innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations via Digital Innovation.Basic Qualifications:- Experience in scripting and code debugging.- Work experience within the Information Technology field.- Experience with continuous integration tools, ION, BODs.- Experience with generating and analysis of Trace Files, CGP’s, Parallel Processing.- Experience with troubleshooting.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience exploring Cloud technologies.- Experience writing Extensions, Code Debugging & Simulation of issues.- Experience from both developer and Customer Support positions.- About InforInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
