We're seeking a talented and dedicated Salesforce Architect/Administrator to help drive our CRM strategy and improve our business workflows.**Position Summary**:As a Salesforce Architect/Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Signdealz’s Salesforce environment, ensuring the platform supports our business objectives effectively. You will collaborate closely with our team to design, implement, and manage Salesforce solutions and will also oversee our Microsoft 365 administration, supporting our operational needs.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Salesforce Management**: Design, configure, and manage all aspects of our Salesforce environment, including system architecture, security settings, and data integrity.- **Process Optimization**: Develop and implement automation, workflows, and custom solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy across our teams.- **User Support and Training**: Provide support, troubleshooting, and training for Salesforce users to enhance adoption and ensure best practices.- **Data Integration and Analysis**: Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and analyze data to support business reporting and strategic decision-making.- **Microsoft 365 Administration**: Administer our Microsoft 365 environment, managing user access, security settings, and troubleshooting.- **Documentation and Compliance**: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect/Administrator, with Salesforce certifications preferred.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.**Why Join Us?**Signdealz offers a collaborative and innovative work environment where you can make a real impact.
