With a strong focus on customer success, innovation, and cultural alignment, we support companies in building high-performing teams across industries.At Scalepex, we believe in fostering an environment where our people can thrive, grow their careers, and make a real impact.**Role Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct initial interviews to assess English level, sales potential, and cultural fit.- Contribute to creative sourcing strategies (campaigns, outreach messages, referral programs).**Requirements**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in sourcing sales or customer-facing roles for the US market.- Knowledge of sales role profiles, particularly SDRs.- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, job boards, and social media.- Advanced English (verbal & written) - able to conduct interviews confidently.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Ability to work full-time.- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven personality.**Benefits**:Contractor scheme
