Direct message the job poster from Remote Crew We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build a brand-new Real Estate platform from the ground up. This role is part of a newly formed team backed by $5M in VC funding, focused on disrupting the multifamily real estate market through a modern, API‑first architecture. Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 / year Location: Fully Remote (LATAM) What You’ll Do Build and scale a new real estate product from scratch in a startup environment. Design and implement a backend‑heavy, API‑driven architecture supporting a multifamily real estate platform. Develop serverless and cloud‑native solutions using AWS (Lambdas, PostgreSQL, infrastructure services). Build and maintain full‑stack features using React and/or Next.js, balancing backend scalability with frontend usability. Collaborate with the Product Manager and Senior Platform Architect on system design, data modeling, and technical decisions. Work closely with designers and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Think through problems deeply before proposing solutions, prioritizing customer impact and long‑term scalability. Contribute to architectural decisions that enable the platform to compete with incumbents controlling 90% of the market. Ensure clean, maintainable code, high‑quality APIs, and clear technical documentation. Apply practical AI solutions where appropriate to improve workflows, automation, or decision‑making. What We’re Looking For Senior‑level experience as a Full‑Stack Engineer, with a backend‑heavy focus. Strong experience with: React; Next.js; Node; PostgreSQL; Serverless architectures (AWS Lambdas) Experience designing and consuming API‑based systems. Solid experience with AWS cloud services. Previous experience in Real Estate, ideally within multifamily, property management, or asset‑based platforms. Proven experience working in early‑stage startups or building products from scratch. Strong sense of ownership and customer obsession. Ability to think critically about problems before jumping into implementation. Excellent communication skills with strong verbal English. High emotional intelligence, empathy, and strong collaboration skills. Practical, hands‑on AI experience (required). Preferred Skills Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
