We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead hiring efforts for one of Appian's newest offices. This is a high-impact role with broad visibility, owning end-to-end experienced hiring across departments and global regions, while spearheading university hiring initiatives to build our early-career talent pipeline. This role is based at our Mexico City office in Coyoacan. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration, which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. In this Role Lead recruiting operations for the Mexico City office - including aligning across department, understanding talent needs, and facilitating hiring Serve as the dedicated recruiter in supporting technical, non-technical, and university hiring Build strong relationships with leadership, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the hiring process Develop and execute sourcing strategies, identifying and attracting top-tier and diverse talent Cultivate relationships with university partners, attracting and engaging students at all levels of their academic careers through events, outreach, and programming Support travel up to 10% during peak recruiting seasons to attend university events, career fairs, and strategic recruiting initiatives Basic Requirements 5+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success supporting technical and/or corporate roles Demonstrated ability to own and prioritize a diverse portfolio of open roles across functions and levels Experience driving university or early-career recruiting, with a passion for building and maintaining strong academic partnerships Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and move quickly in a dynamic environment A high sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability Tools and Resources Continuous learning is a central focus at Appian, with dedicated mentorship and the First-Friend program being widely utilized resources for new hires.
