Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.**About the role**:- Drive the continuous improvement strategy across the entire operation, departments, products, processes, and procedures in collaboration with the leadership team to achieve the site's productivity goals.- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects, maintenance of management systems, and development of initiatives that impact the site's efficiency, safety, and productivity.- A non-monotonous position, where the person can create projects independently without relying on anyone else.- The objective for the role is stablish the digital transformation of the site to stablish the manufacturing operation system & efficient processes.Location of the Role: Tlalpan, Mexico City.**Your responsibilities**:- Building and developing teams with a culture of continuous improvementFoster a collaborative environment that encourages active staff participation in improvement initiatives.- Implementation of continuous improvement strategiesDesign, plan, and execute strategies aligned with site objectives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.- Development of new ways to improve service, safety, and efficiencyEvaluate emerging technologies, redesign processes, and promote automation where feasible, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.**The experience we're looking for**:- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate- Background in roles such as Project Engineer, Continuous Improvement, Production, and even Quality or Maintenance in an Industrial environment.- Knowledge of digital transformation- Experience with database management systems- English proficiency- Knowledge of regulatory entities (Cofepris, FDA, etc)- Use of any methodology like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Agile to prioritize and make an efficient initiative and digital transformaiton process.**The skills for success**:- Entrepreneurship- Innovation- Negotiation- Public speaking- Teamwork**What we offer**:- With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
