What will you do as a Global Strategic Account Manager?As Global Strategic Account (GSA) Manager you will be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.Main tasks:- Identify current and future business opportunities for designated Global Strategic Accounts optimizing their strategic success factors- Maximize sales identifying compelling customer value propositions at all designated Strategic Account locations and influencing them to have Videojet as their preferred supplier- Lead progress of each GSA project through regular funnel reviews using our CRM Salesforce- Use successes at individual sites to win business at all sites of the designated Strategic AccountsWhat do you need to succeed as a GSA Manager?- A proven track record in Sales Management with Multinational Corporation- Successful account management in a complex “matrixed” organization- Ability to prioritize and to work on both long term and short-term projects.- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills at all levels.- Business, Engineering or technical undergraduate degree- Knowledge of a CRM (preferably Salesforce) would be advantageous.- Fluency in both written and spoken English.What can you expect from working at Videojet?At Videojet, we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
