Driven by a culture of self-regulated teamwork, each team -or POD- works directly with our customers with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality and autonomy.**What will help you succeed**:- Upper Intermediate English skills.- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, IAM, and Okta preferred.- At least 5 years of experience working on IAM projects and implementations.- Proven experience in Okta implementations and integrations, particularly within SOX-compliant environments.- Strong background in IAM, SSO, MFA, and related security protocols.- Experience working with ERP systems and managing user access roles and permissions.- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Universal Directory, and user migration processes.- Strong understanding of LCM and UKG PaaS.- Proficient in developing and executing IT and end-user communication strategies.**At Globant, we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
