WE PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH SOLUTIONS FOR SCAFFOLDING, PAINTING, INSULATION, SHORING, LEAD AND ASBESTOS ABATEMENT, FIREPROOFING, FACILITIES MAINTENANCE, AND FABRICATION.**JOB DESCRIPTION**UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE GLOBAL ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER OF SHARED SERVICES, THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ACQUIRING AND PROCESSING SUPPLIER INVOICES, ASSISTING IN THE RECONCILIATION OF ACCOUNTS, AND ENSURING OPTIMUM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE COMPANIES’ BUSINESS PARTNERS.**RESPONSIBILITIES**REVIEW INCOMING INVOICES FOR PROCESSINGDATA ENTRY OF VENDOR INVOICES FOR PAYMENTRESEARCH DISCREPANCIES AND UNAPPROVED/UNPAID INVOICESPROVIDING BASIC ANALYSIS, RESEARCH AND ASSIST WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL VENDOR INQUIRIES, ANDRESEARCH AGED INVOICES AND DETERMINE PROPER RESOLUTIONPERFORM PERIODIC VENDOR STATEMENT RECONCILIATIONSTO ENSURE ALL INVOICES FOR THE COMPANY HAVE BEENCOLLECTED AND PROCESSED BY SHARED SERVICE ACCOUNTS PAYABLEASSIST IN THE PREPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF WEEKLY AP REPORTING**ABOUT YOU**MUST DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENT _CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIVENESS_ABILITY TO RESOLVE ISSUES WHILE MAINTAINING GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIPSMUST HAVE EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO COMMUNICATE WITH ALL LEVELS OF PERSONNEL IN LARGE ORGANIZATION DISTRIBUTED THROUGHOUT THE COMPANYDEMONSTRATES CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND CRITICAL THINKING SKILLSMUST HAVE EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLSMUST BE DEADLINE ORIENTED AND ABILITY TO HANDLE MULTIPLE, COMPETING PRIORITIES ON INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM ASSIGNMENTSMUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLYMUST HAVE _INTERMEDIATE SKILL LEVEL IN EXCEL_MINIMUM OF _5+ IN GENERAL ACCOUNTING_**SHIFT**MONDAY TO FRIDAY8:00 AM TO 5:36 PM(1 HOUR LUNCH TIME)**SALARY AND BENEFITS**$25,000 MONTHLY GROSS SALARY+30 DAYS CHRISTMAS BONUS+$1,000 FOOD VOUCHERS(ALL LAW BENEFITS APPLY)- This is a fully on site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco_- Advanced English required_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: A partir de $25,000.00 al mesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Accounting : 4 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Advanced English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
