**Position**: Environmental, Health, & Safety Coordinator**Work Schedule**: M-F days with call in requirements**Reports To**: Francisco Sanchez-General Manager**Location/Division** New Millennium Building Systems- Juarez, Mexico**Department**: Administration - EHS**Pay Grade/Pay Rate**: Salary**Brief Description**:Divisional EHS Coordinator is responsible for planning, preparing, and organizing implementation of all EHS administrative and performance requirements**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage EHS programs, procedures, and annual plans.- Manage, develop, and provide effective EHS training that will efficiently cover all needed/required materials- Assist with training for new hires and provide ongoing training for all employees- Overall management of the EHS incident reporting and investigation systems- Maintain effective document control systems for the EHS Department- Assist in investigation of accidents to determine the root cause and provide recommendations that eliminate or reduce future hazard or risk- Communicate with Corporate EHS areas to ensure corporate policies and initiatives are implemented and report required information- Serve as liaison with outside organizations including consultants, vendors, and government agencies for all EHS matters- Responsible for updating, maintaining, and auditing safety standards and procedures- Work with all employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure that all safety policies, procedures, and regulations are fully adhered to- Drive EHS continuous improvement initiatives**Required**- B.S. or equivalent in a EHS related field- Highly effective communication skills- Two or more years of experience in a EHS function, preferably in manufacturing- Relevant certifications preferred-First Aid, CPR, EMT, Certified Safety Professional- Travel requirements - intercompany and continuing education, benchmarking**Respond To**:Francisco SanchezUS Mex ext 5299Carr.
